Welcome to walle.academy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services. By registering an account or purchasing a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

walle.academy ("we", "us", "our") is an online AI-powered education platform offering courses in artificial intelligence and related subjects, delivered by Walli, an AI tutor powered by Claude (Anthropic).

2. Services

We provide online courses, AI-powered lessons, and tutoring services (the "Services") delivered digitally through the walle.academy platform.
Upon purchase, you receive lifetime personal access to the course content you have purchased. "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate the platform, or we otherwise provide reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue courses. If we make material changes that reduce course value, we will offer an alternative or refund.
Course access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share account credentials or access with any third party.

3. User Accounts

To purchase or access paid content, you must create an account with a valid email address and password.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account independently. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. Users under 13 may only use the platform under direct parental supervision.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at walle.academy.2026@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or provide false registration information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Pricing and Payment

Course prices are displayed on the platform. Prices are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL) or other currencies where applicable, inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
All payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store payment card numbers or sensitive financial data on our servers.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
Bundle purchases: purchasing a category bundle grants access to all current courses in that category and future courses added to it, subject to these Terms.
If a transaction fails due to payment processor error, contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

5. Refund Policy

7-day unconditional refund: You may request a full refund for any course purchase within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, for any reason, with no questions asked.
To request a refund, email walle.academy.2026@gmail.com with your registered email address and the course name. Include your transaction reference if available.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
After the 7-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, primarily for documented technical failures on our part.
Promotional or gifted access (e.g. via promo code at no charge) is not eligible for cash refund.
If we cancel or significantly alter a course after purchase, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 7-day period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on walle.academy — including course materials, lesson text, quiz questions, AI tutor responses, graphics, and the Walli brand — is the intellectual property of walle.academy or its licensors, protected under applicable law.
Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course content without our prior written consent.
User-generated content (e.g. answers submitted in quizzes, messages to Walli) remains yours, but you grant us a limited licence to process and store it for the purpose of delivering the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
You must not: share, resell, sublicense, or distribute access to paid course content; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download platform content; use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform; upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful material; harass, abuse, or threaten other users or our staff; attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorised access.
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. AI Tutor — Walli

Walli is an AI-powered conversational tutor built on Anthropic's Claude model. It is designed to support learning within the scope of our course content.
Walli is not a human and may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete information. It is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Walli is instructed to stay within the subject matter of each lesson. It will not engage with off-topic, harmful, or inappropriate requests.
Conversations with Walli are stored to support your learning progress (e.g. spaced repetition). Conversation data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We continuously improve Walli's instructional quality. Responses may vary and improve over time.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at walle.academy/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability.
We are not responsible for lost progress due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we maintain regular backups and will endeavour to restore data in the event of technical failure.
Educational outcomes vary. We make no guarantee that completing our courses will result in employment, certification, or specific skill acquisition.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgian law, walle.academy and its operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant course or service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Georgian law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting walle.academy.2026@gmail.com.
If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable Georgian consumer protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices.
We will notify you of material changes by email (to your registered address) or by prominent notice on the platform, at least 14 days before changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may request a refund of any unused course access and close your account.

14. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and walle.academy regarding the Services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to a successor entity, with notice to you.
